Gary has a wealth of relevant experience and a very down to earth, yet professional way of delivering the course material. Their one-day course on sales conversations for reluctant salespeople is still one of the most useful days of training I've ever received. I highly recommend this course to any business thinking of boosting the sales skills of their staff.

Hi Gary, my meeting yesterday went very well, albeit the project director may need to go on the course as he ‘highjacked’ part of the meeting – LOL.
There was a moment of silence which, as you said – wait, listen – and there was another avenue of work which came from the meeting. I have a follow up meeting with the client and his VP of Office Operations in 3 weeks. It worked an absolute treat – almost staged as it happened pretty much the way you said it would.
