I’m a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 30 years’ HR experience, working with Boards, CEOs and Managing Directors across a wide range of sectors. I’m a pragmatic HR generalist who understands both the leadership challenges of managing people and the commercial realities of running a business because I’ve done both.
I specialise in complex employee relations, knotty problems and situations where the stakes feel high. I’m personable, calm under pressure and known for giving clear, balanced advice that helps leaders act confidently and protect their business. I take time to understand each client’s context so my guidance is always tailored, practical and grounded in real‑world experience.
Although I regularly support leaders with complex, high‑risk employee relations matters, no problem is ever too small. If it’s important to your business, it’s important to me. My breadth of experience means clients get a cost‑effective outsourced HR partner who can handle everything from everyday people queries to challenging strategic issues without the overhead of an in‑house HR team.
I work closely with a trusted team member, also CIPD qualified who supports delivery behind the scenes, ensuring clients receive responsive, consistent and cost‑effective HR support. You always get my expertise, with additional capacity when needed.
