I’m a qualified Life, Mindset and ADHD Coach who helps high-performing people overcome overwhelm, burnout and constant overthinking so they can regain control of their mind and feel like themselves again.
Having personally experienced anxiety, depression, burnout and a late ADHD diagnosis, I understand what it’s like to look completely fine on the outside while struggling internally. For years, I battled overwhelm, low confidence, emotional exhaustion and the feeling that I was constantly working harder than everyone else just to keep up.
Alongside building a successful 12-year career at Rolls-Royce, I developed practical tools, strategies and systems that helped me work with my brain instead of against it. These same principles now form the foundation of my coaching approach.
I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing ADHD, burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, emotional exhaustion and high-functioning stress. My coaching combines practical structure, mindset work, accountability and nervous system awareness to create sustainable, long-term change.
My mission is simple: to help people stop surviving, start understanding themselves and regain clarity, confidence and control over their lives.
